Apukunaq Tianan Half Day Tour , ATV tour: The Abode of the Gods in Cusco: Discover today the most popular contemporary attraction in the Cusco region – this place is called La Morada de los Dioses or ‘Apukunaq Tianan’ in the Quechua language. We offer daily quad bike tours to this destination, and additionally, we’ll visit the Piuray lagoon.”
The Abode of the Gods of Cusco is also known as Apukunaq Tianan del Cusco and is a complex of stone sculptures recently carved by a Cusco native named Michel de Titan Monteagudo Mejía.
It is a place with its own magic due to the enormous size of the sculptures that measure approximately between 4 to 8 meters high. This modern and wonderful attraction was dedicated to the Gods of the Inca culture such as: The Pachamama, the Puma, the three-dimensional door and the Mirador.
Currently it is a fashionable tourist attraction especially for local and national visitors, hopefully it will also be for foreign tourists.
For this tour we meet in the Plaza de Armas, the outings are made with up to 2 people. We board the transport for the trip that will be by paved road until we reach a trail point to take our motorcycles and do a little practice.
After the practices we start the tour to the Abode of the Gods (Apukunaq Tianan). Arriving at the control we pay the entrance, already inside the place we will have the guide and free time to walk and take photos in the viewpoints.
After all, we will leave and take our motorcycles to go to the starting point, where we will finally take the transport to return to the imperial city of Cusco.
