Your adventure begins with an early-morning pickup from your hotel or Airbnb in Cusco. Sit back and relax as we travel through the beautiful Andean countryside toward the remote community of Pacchanta.
The journey takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, offering scenic views of traditional villages, mountain landscapes, and the breathtaking Peruvian Andes.

Upon arrival in Pacchanta, the starting point of our adventure, enjoy a nutritious and energizing breakfast before beginning the hike.

The first beautiful glacial lagoon is reached after approximately 1.5 hours of hiking. Along the way, you may see alpacas, llamas, and other native wildlife while enjoying breathtaking views of the Ausangate Mountain Range.

Continue your adventure along scenic mountain trails as you discover the remaining six colorful lagoons. Each lagoon has its own unique shades of turquoise, green, and blue, creating one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Peruvian Andes.
Your professional guide will share information about the local environment, glaciers, Andean traditions, and the cultural importance of Ausangate. There will be plenty of time to rest, take photos, and enjoy the incredible panoramic views.
The trail includes sections with uneven terrain and gentle ascents and descents. The pace is manageable, with regular opportunities to take breaks and enjoy the scenery.
