Itinerary
Day 1: Maras - 2 lagunas - Salt Mines - ATV Tour
Our traditional tour is full of fun and visit spectacular places. We start the tour in your hotel, while you travel one hour to our ATV’s base. You will also enjoy beautiful landscapes.
Our official tour guide will teach you how to drive ATV’s (10 minutes of training) and then we will take you to magical places. Also, we will stop to take pictures with the giant mountains, glaciers, typical towns, etc.
Incredible place of white pools of salt that is still extracted by local people, located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Nowadays it is not allowed to go with ATV’s to the salt mines, so we will use our transportation to get and visit this wonderful place while an cold Cusqueña beer wait you.
On the way back to Cusco we will stop in an authentic local market, where local women will show you natural dyeing process using flowers, trunk bark, stones and others. And weaving process too.
